Michelle Bond is a compassionate and dedicated mental health counselor with experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults from diverse backgrounds. She is passionate about creating a therapeutic space that feels safe, empathetic, and empowering—one where clients can explore their experiences without judgment and begin to build meaningful change.
Michelle holds a Master’s degree in Counseling and brings a thoughtful, person-centered approach to her work. She blends a variety of evidence-based modalities, including elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and strengths-based approaches, always tailoring her methods to fit the individual needs and goals of each client. She believes strongly in meeting clients where they are in their journey and building from there.
Her clinical experience spans a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation, stress management, and life transitions. Michelle has a special talent for forming strong therapeutic relationships across all age groups—whether working with children, teens, or adults. Her style is direct yet supportive, helping clients feel both grounded and encouraged as they develop insight and build practical tools for managing life’s challenges.
Michelle is especially passionate about helping clients strengthen their relationships with themselves, improve their emotional well-being, and feel more in control of their mental health. She is committed to creating an inclusive, affirming space where individuals of all backgrounds feel seen and supported.
